Minimum value for orders and reorders: $1,000 USD
We take orders exclusively through our wholesale platform, Joor.
We do not work with exclusivity, we ship from Colombia and prices are in USD.
Shipping
No different invoices can be sent with shipment
Pieces will be packed according to how they fit in our standard boxes, we will not program separate deliveries to lower invoice cost
Please note all of our pieces have origin certificate for the US - you will NEVER be charged import duties to the US
If you need two different deliveries, please place two different orders
We ship via DHL
Prices are EXW - buyer covers shipping and duties
Payments
We request a deposit of 30% to place the order
BAOBAB must receive 100% of the payment prior to shipping
Deliveries
We can not provide shorter/approximate delivery windows different to the one displayed on Joor.
Processing time is 4-5 business days

Options
We do not do exclusive colors
Colors available are only the ones shown in Joor, other ones you might’ve seen in social/department stores are not available for regular delivery
Europe retailers - We got you
An EUR-1, also known as a ‘movement certificate’, enables importers in certain countries to import goods at a reduced or no rate of import duty under trade agreements between the Colombia and partner countries.
Orders that exceed the mount of 6000€ can apply for the EUR-1 only if you’ll be paying via wire transfer, this is because we need to issue a commercial invoice which is the document the certificate is applied to. We cover the cost of issuing this document.
If you need a EUR-1, please leave this annotation at the moment of placing the order. This document is always attached to the packaging of the goods and submitted electronically when creating the shipping label

The Certificate of Origin (COO) is a request that allows obtaining the documentary proof of origin through which it is accredited that the products were made in Colombia.
This document is obtained in order to take advantage of the tariff preferences established in the different Trade Agreements signed by Colombia. We issue this document when shipping to the US.
This document is always attached to the packaging of the goods and submitted electronically when creating the shipping label.
